Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover via our Secure third party merchant. We are a cashless entity. All payments can only be made online 24-48 hours prior to your event.
Is there a delivery fee?
While our team would absolutely love to deliver to you free of charge, a delivery fee is included into every delivery. There are no free deliveries.
How does delivery & set up work?
We deliver, set-up and breakdown play equipment. We arrive approximately 45 minutes before event and set up play area. Our set-up and breakdown of equipment will take about 30 minutes; this is not included in your reserved time. Please take this into account when hosting at a venue. Also ensure easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. Any restrictions (i.e. lack of parking, stairs) must be communicated prior to event. Failure to do so may result in delay in set up or additional fees.
How do I book my party?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance through our 24/7 online booking portal. We require a $50 Non-refundable booking fee. Booking fee does goes toward remaining balance. If booking is less than seven days prior to the event date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
How much space is needed for the Soft Play Café?
Our Soft Play Café requires a minimum space of 10ft x 10ft. The space needed is depending on which Soft Play Café booked. If in doubt, please call 832-270-7948 for clarity.
What is your policy for damaged products?
Our team will point out damages to customer and take picture. Customer is welcome to keep damage equipment as our team cannot rent out again. Customer will than be charged for damaged equipment. Please refer to Smiles for Miles Rental Agreement.

Do you set up in parks/outdoors?
Yes. You will need to contact the park in advance to determine the requirements needed to set up. We are insured and can get a certificate if needed. Our insurance company will charge a $75.00 fee to obtain certificate. Cost in incurred by the customer. We require 14 days notice for certificate request. We charge a $50 setup fee for outdoor events and outdoor set up will require a shaded area or a suitable cover in the form of a canopy tent, pavilion, etc. as the equipment will get hot in direct sunlight. A tarp will be be provided, but please make sure the ground is flat, dry and clear from glass, debris and animal waste. We do not set up on dirt. Additional fees may apply, if we deliver via stairs or to venues located at long distances from the loading zone (including parks, large estates, or any location that presents delivery complications).
How often do you clean your Soft Play Equipment?
Every piece of Soft Play Equipment is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly at our warehouse. . We also do one last wipe down after set up. We clean and sanitize the equipment with a disinfectant antibacterial product and have several sets of the pool balls so we are never using the same balls without sanitizing.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Smiles for Miles allows you to reschedule a reservation up to 24 hours before your event for any reason. We do not issue refunds, however we will gladly reschedule your event within one year of the original event date
What if it rains?
The Soft Play Equipment will not be set up outdoors if the weather forecast suggest 10% chance of rain or strong winds, as it will become slippery and unsafe. Please contact Smiles for Miles with an alternate indoor location within 5 miles BEFORE 10:00 AM on the day of your event. We simply will not take the risk of damaged equipment or your baby's safety. We can issue a credit for a future party if the weather unexpectedly turns bad on the day of the event and no alternative indoor location has been arranged. There must be a plan in place before we arrive.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. However, we do point out that it is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that there is a responsible and suitable adult supervision of the equipment and those using it, at all times. Please always consider the appropriate ratio of children on the equipment to the number of adult supervisors assisting them. Smiles for Miles Liability Waiver and Rules form will need to be signed and returned via email BEFORE your reservation is confirmed.
