Each reservation includes up to four-hour rental period, soft mats, gates, ball pit, balls, step, wedge, tunnel, blocks, bouncy animals and riding toy.

The Soft Play Café is 10 x 12 and requires 12 x 14 set-up space

We offer set up both indoors and outdoors on any level surface that includes hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, cement and floor. For your safety and to avoid damage to our soft play equipment, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have any questions on where to position your soft play café, we encourage you to send us pictures of the party space before your event date.

The soft play café does not have a weight limit; however, it is highly recommended that up to 8 toddlers at one time. We recommend that toddlers between the ages of 1-4 ages are inside at all times to ensure safety.

OF COURSE! Cleanliness is a top priority for us, not only to provide a safe and positive experience for our clients, but also to maintain the quality of our equipment. We thoroughly clean and disinfect every piece of equipment before each event.

YES! We are fully licensed and insured which qualifies us to set up at public places. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue/park does allow inflatables on site and that there is a power source available within 50ft of the setup area. Please note, our team does not provide a generator as a power source.

We rent our Mobile Soft Play to clients in the Houston area and surrounding areas including Humble, Dayton, Pasadena, Baytown, Cypress, Woodlands, Missouri City, Sugarland, Katy and Deer Park). Will travel but additional travel fees and higher order minimums may apply.

Yes! a $75.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required up front to reserve your date. You will be invoiced separately for the remaining balance and any other add ons if applicable. Invoices must be paid in full 24-48 hours before your event date.

The sooner the better! Depending on the type of event and what your mobile soft play needs are, we suggest that you book as soon as you can to make sure your soft play café will be available for your special day!

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.
